FAQ
Why does restore fail halfway?
The backup file may be incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible. Copy it again and confirm the file size.
Can I restore only one character?
Partial restore support depends on the app version. Use full backups when you need a complete workspace snapshot.
Why are avatars missing after restore?
Some image assets may not have been included or restored correctly. Re-import the original character card if needed.
